Recently I was contacted by NEPALI by TDM Design to do a review and giveaway of their scarves and I have to say I was really impressed.  All the scarves by TDM Design are handcrafted using exquisite fibers such as cashmere, silk, bamboo, modal and wool and — here’s the coolest part — are made by women in villages in Nepal.  NEPALI by TDM are giving these women opportunities to contribute financially to their families, fund their children’s education and health care.  One of their tag lines says, “Smart style that empowers systematically disenfranchised women.  Now that’s something we can all get behind!”

Scrunch Scarf Giveaway

NEPALI by TDM Design’s scarves are sold in the likes of Saks and Bloomingdales and has generously donated a scrunched cashmere scarf (retail $85) that one lucky Cable Car Couture reader will walk away with!  It is a deep teal color, the very color of peacocks, and can be worn in so many ways!  I took upon myself the task of experiment and find some of the many ways this fabulous scrunch cashmere scarf can be worn:
