Jen and Mark met though a mutual friend at a a football game party in Utah and despite living in different countries (Jen from Canada, Mark from the US) made their long distance relationship work. While they contemplated running away and eloping, they decided to be married in August 2009 at the Mount Timpanogos temple.

Jen’s flowing ethereal dress was acquired at through Mary’s Bridal and designed by Jasmine Bridal. The bride wore black pearls the groom brought her back from Tahiti.
