2010 Academy Awards Red Carpet Winners
Last Sunday brought us the Academy Awards in all of its glamorous splendor. While awards are given for best performance, director, film, and score, there should really be awards for the best look on the red carpet. Here are our red carpet winners:

I love how the warmth in her skin compliments the blush tone perfectly. Perhaps it’s the flamenco dancer in me, but these flamenco-esque ruffles are simply to die for!

Cameron’s golden coloring is repeated beautifully in this stunning gown. This woman can seemingly do no wrong on the red carpet.

While there has been much debate over Vera Farminga’s Marchesa gown choice, I think it’s absolutely stunning. The color stands above the rest and the luxurious ruffles are truly unforgettable. Note the simple stud earrings — wise to give dominance to the gown!

Kristen’s looks divine in this flattering mermaid gown. Her minimalistic jewelry really brings the attention back to her.

2010 Grammys Fashion: Love It or Hate It?
One of the best parts about the 2010 Grammy Awards Show is the fashion. We’ve taken the looks we love and hate and would love your feedback!

Jennifer Hudson is wearing a fabulous architectural inspired little black dress by Victoria Beckham. The dress speaks for itself and she has done well to keep her accessories to a minimum.

Taylor Swift looks elegant and bedazzled in a hand-embroidered Kaufman Franco dress. The statement earrings are the perfect touch. Doesn’t she almost looks like a mermaid?

The design of Mary J. Blige’s Gucci dress is not doing her any favors, making her look very full in the hips. Had Mary J.’s dress had a sleeve or more fullness in top, it would have just balanced her body better.

Jen and Mark’s Wedding
Jen and Mark met though a mutual friend at a a football game party in Utah and despite living in different countries (Jen from Canada, Mark from the US) made their long distance relationship work. While they contemplated running away and eloping, they decided to be married in August 2009 at the Mount Timpanogos temple.

Jen’s flowing ethereal dress was acquired at through Mary’s Bridal and designed by Jasmine Bridal. The bride wore black pearls the groom brought her back from Tahiti.
