Belts for Fall

Accessories are an awesome way to put a new twist on your wardrobe, particularly when one is on a fashion budget.  Instead of simply serving the function of holding up ones pants, belts are so much more.  Belts accentuate a lovely waist and give definition to your outfit.  Take Stephanie for example.  Doesn’t this belt give her drape front cardigan a lovely shape?

My fave belts are long necklaces. Belts can get ignored, so I am glad you showcased them. The draping cardigan with the belt is an absolute winner!

  2. Mauri says:

I would love that yellow belt, but probably in black. I love the pop of color but I'm not much of a yellow girl.

  3. That's an intriguing thought, Liz! I'd love to see what you do with your long necklaces.
Absolutely. Draping cardigan + belt = perfection.

  4. Thanks for your comment, Mauri. You could definitely get lots more mileage out of a black belt instead of yellow. It would be such a versatile piece.
